After a successful start in real estate working with Esslinger Wooten & Maxwell Realtors, Inc., Eric Made the move to the gulf coast to join his family at
Coldwell Banker in downtown Sarasota. Eric Brings a youthful energy to the Grenier Group. He is technologically savvy, a skill he honed while earning
his degree in web design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Eric quickly gained traction in the area and was named "Best in Client Satisfaction" by Sarasota Magazine for three consecutive years, a tribute to his
commitment to customer service.

Eric is currently a member of the CID (Commercial Investment Division), a division of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, and is working his way towards the coveted "CCIM" designation. In his time away from real estate, Eric volunteers his time as a board member for the Sarasota/Bradenton Chapter of the Marine Corps Scholarship foundation, The Sarasota Arts Council Planning Committee, and is the founder of the annual "Foodie Fundraiser", which raises money for local charities.
